Last minute cancellations and no shows cost time and money.
Time is valuable, we reserve the right to charge a fee of 100% of service total for no-shows and cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment time. So please be respectful of your stylist's time.
Due to my commitments to other guests and our personal schedules, any visit for which you will are late will be cancelled. Please reschedule online.

There is a "No Children or Guests Unless Being Serviced Policy" to accommodate an ambience of relaxation for all guests and guests safety. Please schedule child care accordingly. You will be asked to reschedule if any additional guests accompany you. There will be no exceptions to this policy and you will be charged 100% of service. Also please note, that I do not provide services to children under the age of 12.
There is no waiting area or guests refreshments inside the studio until further notice. You are asked to check-in via the app and to wait in your car until you receive the response notification.
You must enter already wearing a mask the entire duration of your visit. If you are having a color service rendered we suggest you wear a disposable mask unless you don't mind color staining your fabric mask.
Your entrance into the studio gives me permission to check your body temperature with a contactless thermometer for the safety. My temperature will also be checked before the start of my shift.

NEW CLIENTS - No service includes time for thorough consultation so they must be booked prior to the appointment. However, now you. may simply add this to your service and you will ensure that I have enough time to complete a full consultation and your booked services. At this time Color Consultations still require stand-alone consultation as no color service is the same.
PRIVATE APPOINTMENTS - This is perfect for those who want to guarantee they have one-on-one studio time with me without interruptions.
HEAVY DENSITY or EXTRA LONG HAIR CLIENTS. If you know that your hair usually takes longer to manage & style than the average person due to its density, length, or tangling it is advantageous to add this to your services. Otherwise you will be billed for additional at the normal rate of 18.75 per 15 minutes.
