Appointment Booking FAQ

How do I sign-up for a Vagaro account and/or book online and app?

You have to options: 


1) You can download the app in your phone’s app store. Click here to learn How To Use the App. This is also helpful to learn how to booking online.


Be sure to allow promotional emails from Vagaro or else you will not receive important salon emails from me. 


IMPORTANT:

It is strongly advised to create an account with your email address and create a password you will remembered as opposed to other social account options given. This will be important the day of appointment for the check in process.

Why is it important to check-in?

When you book an appointment you agree to check-in upon arrival. The salon space is limited and checking in helps keep salon traffic to a minimum. So please be sure you are able to login and access your appointment ahead of time. Often clients, will arrive and login in via a different method than they booked the appointment and will not see the appointment listed under APPOINTMENTS. To avoid this altogether, it is strongly advised to create an account with your email address and create a password you will remembered as opposed to other social account options given. 

What is the difference between the beCurly Cut and Devacut?

The descriptions for all service are explained with each menu item. The Devacut is it's own signature cut in which I am trained to perform and is on the menu as an option for those seeking out a Devacut specifically. The beCurly Cut is my own signature cut. Ultimately, all of my cuts are custom based on the  client's desired look. If you've read this and the services descriptions, and are still unsure which is best for you, you can book a consultation or book one or the other along with the Enhance My Experience. 

My firewall is flagging Vagaro as a suspicious site. Is it secure?

Vagaro is a secure website, but if you don’t want to risk it you can download the Vagaro app to any phone or tablet.  Or use another device or computer. Or ask a family or friend to use their device to schedule your appointment. This is the only way to book, cancel, or reschedule your appointment. 

I am on the waitlist. How do I know if I have been added to the schedule?

So you've attempted to book an appointment but I'm booked so you've opted to be added to the Waitlist. Be sure you have a credit card on file when joining the waitlist. When and if an opening occurs during your desired time, the booking system will notify you immediately once you've been placed on the schedule. There is no need to call or email to check your waitlist status. I kindly ask that you reply to the emailed confirmation if you are no longer in need of an appointment or cancel it within Vagaro.

I have questions or concerns regarding services I would like to book, how do I speak to my stylist?

Please book a in-person consultation or e-consultation before scheduling desired services. I do not offer over the phone or email consultations.

Why doesn't anyone answer the phone when I call?

I employ booking system with clear service descriptions that accepts guests' bookings 24 hours. I also employ a comprehensive website that answers general questions. During salon hours, I am assisting clients or managing salon business. I do not make phone appointments or take walk-ins. If you have a question about your hair and how I can best meet your hair needs, I encourage you to schedule a virtual or in-person consultation.

I would like to request an appointment for a month from now. Why won't it allow me?

At this time, The schedule is open one quarter at a time with booking availability up to 30 days ahead. As the present quarter comes to a close, clients are notified by email when the quarter opens. 

Why doesn't Vagaro allow me to book the service(s) I want?

It is likely because the time necessary to complete the service is unavailable. Because each stylist can only see one guest at a time, please do not attempt to book service that requires less time in order to get fit into the schedule because that will impede on the next guest's appointment time or our closing time which impedes on my personal schedule. The service you book is the service you will receive, nothing more. If you are unsure of exactly which service(s) you need to schedule book a consultation or email the business email with a list of desired services and I will let you know which service(s) you'd need to select when booking online. 

Why is it asking me for a credit card? Will my card be charged?

All appointment and waitlist requests require a credit card on file to reserve your appointment. Your credit card will not be charged. 

Do I need to make an appointment to buy product?

No, an appointment isn't necessary to purchase product? You may go HERE  to purchase product. After order has been placed you will hear from me via email or phone to arrange a pickup time.
