The levels are based on the length of your hair in its straighten state, this determines how much product and time we’re going to have to spend on your hair. Level 1 is short hair, at and above shoulder length, Level 2 is medium length hair pass the shoulder up to 3 inches, and Level 3, is long hair, more than 3 inches past the shoulder. The Devacut is it's own signature cut in which I am trained to perform and is on the menu as an option for those seeking out a Devacut specifically. The beCurly Cut is my own signature cut. Ultimately, all of my cuts are custom based on the client's desired look. So you've attempted to book an appointment but I'm booked so you've opted to be added to the Waitlist. Be sure you have a credit card on file when joining the waitlist. When and if an opening occurs during your desired time, the booking system will notify you immediately once you've been placed on the schedule. There is no need to call or email to check your waitlist status. I kindly ask that you reply to the emailed confirmation if you are no longer able to keep the appointment time.

I employ booking system with clear service descriptions that accepts guests' bookings 24 hours. I also employ a comprehensive website that answers general questions. During salon hours, I am assisting clients or managing salon business. I do not make phone appointments or take walk-ins. If you have a question about your hair and how I can best meet your hair needs, I encourage you to schedule a virtual or in-person consultations.
At this time, The schedule is open one quarter at a time with booking availability up to 30 days ahead. As the present quarter comes to a close, clients are notified by email when the quarter opens.
It is likely because the time necessary to complete the service is unavailable. Because each stylist can only see one guest at a time, please do not attempt to book service that requires less time in order to get fit into the schedule because that will impede on the next guest's appointment time or our closing time which impedes on my personal schedule. The service you book is the service you will receive, nothing more. If you are unsure of exactly which service(s) you need to schedule book a consultation or email the business email with a list of desired services and I will let you know which service(s) you'd need to select when booking online.
