I love to use natural & organic products because not only am I doing something good for my client but I am also keeping myself healthy & safe. They are more costly but we are definitely worth it.
Innersense, Oway, O&M, Kinky Curly are the primary lines I use. Curly Hair comes in various patterns and porosities. And because of that, there isn't a one-product-fits-all solution. A girl has to have her options.
When a curly hair clients says "My search for a stylist has ended". Or when she falls in love with her own curls for the very first-time. Those are the moments that keep me coming back behind the chair.
We understand that scheduling adjustments are necessary. We kindly request that you reschedule or cancel your reserved services more than 24 hours before your appointment. 100% of Booking, Rescheduling and Cancellations must be done online.
The system does not allow changes ( cancel or reschedule) within 24 hours of appointment time so be certain to do so more than 24 hours before appointment, if necessary.
Be sure you open all appointment emails and read them as they will have a confirmation link or check-in link and instructions. Please confirm or cancel as soon as receive the appointment confirmation and reminder.
Last minute cancellations and no shows cost time and money.
Time is valuable, we reserve the right to charge a fee of 100% of service total for no-shows and cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment time. So please be respectful of your stylist's time.
Please be sure to arrive at least 5-10 minutes before your appointment time to utilize the check-in process. Due to my commitments to other guests and our personal schedules, any visit for which you will are late will be cancelled and a late free will be incurred. Please rebook your missed appointment online.
Your stylist will always do her absolute best to be present and ready to service you within minutes of your appointment time.
Your consideration in these matters is greatly appreciated! Excessive appointments cancellations or reschedules with less than a 24 hours notice may revoke online booking privileges and require prepayment for future appointments.
Please note, that I do not provide services to children under the age of 12.
There is a "No Children or Guests Unless Being Serviced Policy" to accommodate an ambience of relaxation. Please schedule child care accordingly. You will be asked to reschedule if any additional guests accompany you. There will be no exceptions to this policy and you will be charged 100% of service if a cancellation is necessary at appointment time.
Masks are optional . If you are experience any flu-like, cold or COVID-19 symptoms, or have been exposed to someone who has any of those symptoms please kindly cancel your appointment as soon as possible, a 24 hour or more noticed is preferred but I do understand that symptoms or exposure may occur the day of.
Please take the time to become familiar with my new 24/7 Guest Coordinator - Vagaro. All appointments must be booked, rescheduled or cancelled through here. All services have complete descriptions here so please read them before booking. Unless otherwise noted all Styles & Color services include a Shampoo & Instant Conditioner. Curly Haircuts without a style do not include a shampoo and are performed on dry & clean hair so please come with your hair dry & clean with leave-in.
BOOKING QUESTIONS
Is there something wrong if I don't see any availability?
There is no waitlist so once the month is full, you may check backon Vagaro for openings or wait until the 20th of each to schedule for the next month. This policy is not necessary for clients that have rebooked before leaving salon. I reserve the right to block online booking privileges for anywho takes up appointment times and cancels or reschedules within short notice (typically within a week of appointment). Please only schedule for time you are absolutely certain you can commit to. Otherwise, keep it available for someone else who can.
Waitlist
New clients will be called when an appointment becomes available. If we can't reach you we will leave a message so please check your voice messages daily when on the waitlist and return the call at your earliest convenience.
I don't know what services to book. How do I speak to someone?
If you have a question specific to your hair or unsure of how to book your services you will want to book a consultation online. All consultations are virtual via Zoom. Please download the Zoom app before appointment day.
If you have a general question on how to book an appointment first see the FAQs or Notes below. If these still have not answered your question send an email or leave a message and I'll do my best to get back to you within 48 hours excluding my days off or holidays.
I am unable to add services at your appointment time. Please be sure to schedule all desired services accordingly. No exceptions!
Book all of the services you need Online. We cannot add services during your appointment. No Exceptions!!
Preferred payment methods: Cash, Zelle, QuickPay, or Cashapp.
Also, accepted Google or Apple Pay or any other NFC/Tap payment methods. Visa and MasterCard Debit is accepted also.
No Walk-ins or same day appointments are accepted.
Online Appointment Bookings Available are the only scheduling method!
Come alone to your appointment. No tag-a-longs, no children, friends or other family members.
No services will be rendered to children under 12.
Bottled water and Flavored Sparkling is available upon request.
However, If you have a question that specifically related to your hair, please schedule a consultation prior to service appointment . Questions about your specific hair type (such as "which cut is best for my hair type?" or "what color service is best for my hair") can only be answered with a proper a consultation.
Color services aren't shown on booking site, except a single process retouch, because they require a color consultation.
Please take time to read Service Descriptions on Vagaro that are included with services on Vagaro before booking service(s). Also don't forget to check out the FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions) where many of your questions can be answered.

Any color services require a consultation. except for Single Process Retouch and Deva Pintura Highlights . Virtual Consultations are available also.
If customers can’t find it, it doesn’t exist. Clearly list and describe the services you offer. Also, be sure to showcase a premium service.
Having a big sale, on-site celebrity, or other event? Be sure to announce it so everybody knows and gets excited about it.
Are your customers raving about you on social media? Share their great stories to help turn potential customers into loyal ones.
Running a holiday sale or weekly special? Definitely promote it here to get customers excited about getting a sweet deal.
