Phailon, the owner & operator of Curls de Luxe  has been a licensed Cosmetologist since 2008. After years of experience as, both, an employed and independent hair stylist, she opened Salon de Luxe February 2019 and managed to cultivate it into a 5-Star Multi-Texture Salon. In 2020, following the major  COVID-19 shut down she decided to launch her own brand Curls de Luxe to accommodate the overwhelming demand for her curly hair services. Her dedication to her guests and maintaining professionalism in the beauty industry speaks volumes and has motivated her to coach other stylists and salon owners.  

Phailon specializes in all curly hair textures as well as Trichology. Promoting healthy growing hair is her primary focus while using the most high-quality Organic Products and Color Lines.
